I invented a perfect progression of dynamic movement training of which I use in my exclusive practice. First, I breed the athlete by harnessing an optimal level of joint flexibility within the entire body using biomechanically correct dynamic stretches. Optimal levels of flexibility are achieved over time with our specialized exercises. Dynamic movement training serves as the foundation of peak athletic development.
