But it is from this close proximity that I can offer my thoughts and opinions on Dave Lemanczyk and Basketball Strength Volume I for the man, I haven’t come across too many people that work as hard as Dave in every area of life, from the basketball court, to the weight room, to the business world, to human relationships, Dave puts 100% of his energy and concentration on making things right and doing the right thing. “There is working out, and then there is Basketball Strength. You may ask yourself what is the difference and if you don't know than you need to pick up Basketball Strength Volume I. I am Dave's brother Matt and although I have not used the training methods in this book for basketball I did use many of them for personal benefits and to enhance my baseball abilities. I played baseball in the St Louis Cardinals organization for 5 years and didn't start training with Dave until till my 3rd year. My hard work in the off-season and during season was finally paying off and it was on the playing field. If you are not ready to be pushed mentally and if you want to continue to workout in gyms and be a social butterfly than this is not the training course for you.
